Men with the large belly are found to be suffering with the impotence

A male reproductive system working is entirely dependent on the blood supply. It is the increase in the blood supply after the sexual stimulation that helps the person to achieve the erection during the sexual activity. If the blood supply is affected then you may certainly suffer with the erection problems. Increase in the belly fat disturbs the blood supply to the all body parts. This ultimately results in the less blood supply to the male reproductive system that leads to the sexual dysfunction in men.

To study the relationship between the belly fat in men and impotence, a study was conducted. In this study, 245 men with the extra belly fat participated. The entire body check-up of these men was carried and then were asked the questions about their sex life. It was noted that these men were having a lot of health problems and were unsatisfied with the sex life. The reasons noted were either impotence or premature ejaculation. Thus, it was clear from the study that increase in belly fat is a warning sign for impotence.

Improper digestion is one of the main reasons for the increase in the belly fats. It has been noted that people who have weak digestion system or the slow metabolism rate gain the weight on belly fast. Increases in the belly fats means the fats in the body are indigested. This leads to the formation of the plaque in the body, which ultimately results in the disease, atherosclerosis. The plaque is also deposited in the arteries that supply blood to the male reproductive system. As a result the impotence is noted in the men with the increased belly fat. Unhealthy eating habit along with the increased stress levels leads to the increase in the belly fats. Many other reasons also contribute towards the increase in the body fats levels. The main factor here is that you need to follow the healthy lifestyle to stay away from the unrestrained increase in body fats.

The unhealthy lifestyle that we are living is supposed to be one of the major causes of the increase in the belly size. The people who are inactive or specifically do the job that includes sitting at the one place for long time are found to be with the big belly. Many readers must be thinking that how much belly size is then okay to maintain the good health. It has been noted that size of belly above 35 inches is supposed to be unhealthy for the individual.
